Refund policy
We have a no return policy once an order is fulfilled and shipped to you. All sales are final.
We take great care to pack our products and to ensure they stay intact during shipping. Since our products ship in glass bottles, there is a minor possibility of breakage during transit as we rely on 3rd party couriers to deliver. We recommend that you do a video unboxing of the product within 24 hours of receiving it. Please WhatsApp us on +91-8050891381 within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and provide video proof of the damaged item during unboxing.
In case you received a damaged product you will be eligible for a replacement product to be shipped to you free of cost.

Refunds: Our aim is to resolve your issue to your satisfaction and send you a replacement in case of a defective/damaged product. You may have to ship the item back to us to qualify for a partial or full refund in case of a defective product. Once our investigation is completed we may issue a partial/ full refund back to the same payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Typically it takes 7-9 days for a refund to be processed.
